Home care for US veterans and surviving spouses across NYC and Westchester — coordinated with VA Aid & Attendance and Medicaid. You earned this. We help you claim it.

The Department of Veterans Affairs offers an Aid & Attendance (A&A) benefit to veterans who served at least 90 days of active duty (including one day during a recognized wartime period) and who need help with daily activities. A surviving spouse of an eligible veteran can also qualify.
A&A is paid monthly and can be combined with Medicaid home care so the veteran receives more weekly hours than either benefit alone.
We screen eligibility on a 20-minute call, connect you with a VSO to file the A&A application, and coordinate the Medicaid side and home-care hours ourselves.
Whether you're navigating a new diagnosis or ready to bring care home, a care coordinator walks you through your options. Bilingual intake. No fees, ever.
We coordinate both so the veteran gets the maximum hours without paperwork falling between the cracks.
Where possible we send aides with prior veteran-care experience — PTSD-aware, comfortable with structure.
Spouses of eligible veterans who haven't remarried can receive A&A too. We screen and connect them.
A 20-minute call is enough for us to tell you what benefits are realistic for your service record.
